Rick is a very nice person to have with you as a photographer on the big day. He is friendly, professional and listens to the wishes of the newlyweds. His photo books are great, his photos are perfect, Highly recommended. A very nice person and a very personal approach.

Good in terms of price too! Our final wedding album looks beautiful, you have a lot of choices in paper type, frame and colors. On the day itself, we managed to give the guests a photo of our photo shoot as a thank-you card. Highly recommended!

Recommended for anyone who wants a good professional photographer without hassle. We had all the photos in the mail very quickly. No problem that you won't get digital files and a very decent price.

to see, a gem to have as a souvenir of our wedding day. Rick is very involved, makes you feel at ease, is very nice and fun to work with. He thinks along with you, comes up with creative and fun proposals to meet your needs. Furthermore, he is very fast at delivering, communicates everything and is very accurate. Finding a good affordable wedding photographer is quite a quest, but I am very happy that we found Rick and I would recommend him to anyone who has yet to get married. See the brief review below:) Before our wedding, we placed a quote via a website for photographers. We received various reactions to this, including Rick's. With Rick's first email, we immediately felt a click. Then, without obligation, Rick came to us to explain how all this works. Like many, getting married was not an everyday activity for us:) Luckily for Rick. We had already chosen the location, Paviljoen Puur, but we had no idea what to do in terms of planning. Rick created practically the entire playbook for us by providing options that we liked. Rick was clear in the prices and also in what he expected from us, this was mainly a piece of the wedding cake. Rick left us that evening and indicated that we could call him if we had made a decision for a photographer, but we had already figured out that we wanted to work with Rick. After that, we had various contact about the script and Rick came up with great ideas to, for example, start at the groom's house with all the men to dress up the groom and take pictures and then drive forward to the bride who was dressed by the ladies.For, during and after the ceremony, Rick was there all day to take the photos. What was special is that Rick moved almost invisibly through the crowd all day but also had fun interactions with the guests. That's why we received a lot of compliments from our guests about Rick and how a nice man he is:) .During group photos and family photos, Rick takes his role and takes the lead to get everyone ready and photographed. Very important so that no one is missed in the photos afterwards. Rick was still busy at work during the prom to also capture the evening beautifully. After a working day of 12 hours (10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.), the work was done and we had a nice drink with Rick. As a professional idiot, Rick could not resist occasionally picking up his camera to take some nice last pictures. We ordered 4 photo books from Rick from our wedding, 1 large luxury book for ourselves and 3 large books for the family. This was the hardest process for us to pick out the best ones out of 600 photos. In the end, we chose more than 100 photos for the book, so we got a very nice thick book. In the book, we even have a nice action photo of Rick so that he is also immortalized in our marriage. During this process, Rick was very helpful and came to our home several times to discuss our wishes and explain which filters looked best on the photos and which materials we could choose best for each photo sheet, such as metallic sheets for some photos, cover for the book with the inscription and save/present box. Eventually, Rick came to deliver the photo books and we had another fun evening with Rick and viewed the entire photo book. Rick is really worth his money and takes care of things that much further. then just take pictures. With Rick, you hardly need a wedding planner anymore and Rick is, above all, a very nice and fun guy:).

For years, as director of the Dutch Center for Folk Culture and Intangible Heritage, I worked with Rick Huisinga. Together, we have experienced many special events. The trip to UNESCO in Paris where we organized an exhibition and introduced Sinterklaas is one of the highlights. But Rick also photographed all those traditions that were included in the Intangible Heritage Inventory. The nice thing about Rick Huisinga is that you can count on him. Giving him an assignment gave him peace of mind: it worked out. Not only does he take beautiful photos, but he also has an eye for the needs of the customer. I always liked it when he was there, especially at public appearances. I recommend Rick Huisinga to everyone.

I've worked with Rick a number of times. At various meetings that I organized for the province of Utrecht, Rick took care of the photography. Whether it was an awards ceremony, the opening of a major event or photographing a presentation at a special heritage location, indoors or outdoors, large groups or a beautiful portrait, from the ground floor, from an aerial work platform or plane or with a drone, it's always good. Rick is professional, flexible, fast and takes beautiful photos with an eye for detail. And last but not least, it is very nice to work together!

This improves the result, with his photos he gives a complete picture but he also knows how to capture everyone individually. Clear agreements can be made with Rick about what you expect as the end result and he also complies with them. What's also nice is that he always responds quickly if there are any additional questions.

His proposals show knowledge, experience and creativity, but his warm personality makes his photos very special. Thanks Rick! I recommend you to anyone who doesn't want to have photos taken just like that.

Several people who were at the funeral themselves responded with “Oh, was there a photographer then?”. Practically and administratively, Rick handled everything neatly and promptly.

He had a good relationship with the guests, so everyone also had a big smile on their face. He was also able to work well with the videographer we hired.

A few years ago, we already had an earlier collaboration. We liked this so much that Huisinga photography has always stayed with us. We are also very satisfied with all the suggestions/input in advance and the aftercare (and patience) when it comes to putting together our album.In short, it is very pleasant to work with Rick, so we definitely recommend him!
